Stefane Barbeau on 13 Things to Keep in Mind for Entrepreneurial Success
I've followed these in every move I've made and they're a good reminder that always winds up being true...
1. Do what you did when you were four; you'll regret it if you don't.
2. Spend more on less.
3. Work in customer service. You'll learn to win by losing.
4. Go to dog training classes. You'll learn more about people than dogs.
5. You can keep your eyes shut for three years. After that, you'll start to go blind.
6. Don't create more problems than you solve.
7. Jackpots don't exist.
8. Simple isn't necessarily easy or half-assed.
9. The worst solution is often startlingly close to the best solution.
10. Milk it more than you think appropriate.
11. Tell a true story.
12. Keep the message simple.
13. Only create something you would use yourself.
What about you? What words of wisdom do you follow? Do you have a manifesto? Any abstract formulas for entrepreneurial success? We wanna know.
