Elevator Pitch:
Root to Fruit Produce (RTF) is a local produce distributor created to increase access to local food, and raise the quality of life for farmers. It will bring local produce to mass markets where people shop. RTF will give farmers access to scalability through selling to formerly inaccessible markets. By consolidating, RTF will transport, clean, and sell efficiently, in the volumes grocery stores need. RTF will launch in Boise in the spring of 2013, and will move to other Northwest cities by 2016.
