Actually been overcharged by casual retaurants 3 times in 1 month (in 2 states) and had to mention it. They must know what they are doing.

Overcharged on two visits to the @AuBonPain in Kendall Sq. for the same item! Told them first time and they didn't fix it. Shame on them!

@robmay I like it! Not a fan of "'undo' button for the cloud" though. More like "idiot-proofing" the cloud! Edgier and appeals to IT pros.
