The wave thread has total surface contact applied to fasteners, containers, connectors and valves. It cannot be over tightened; immune to vibrational loosening; and creates a seal. Marketing/Software licenses will be sold for container and connector application. Engineering software is developed; 5-axis CNC milling software is being developed for molds, tooling and fasteners. This will lead to machine design for cutting nuts/bolts in a single pass; a cost effective manufacturing process.
