Help entrepreneurs win!
MassChallenge is an amazing nonprofit because we have some of the best volunteers helping us keep things running all year long! Volunteers are needed to help with events, partner collaborations, marketing, and all the tasks which go into running the largest-ever startup accelerator and competition, and the first to support high-impact, early-stage entrepreneurs with no strings attached. Volunteers are asked to spend a minimum of from 5 to 20 hours every week at MassChallenge.
Each May we have 300 companies compete to become MassChallenge finalists. In October the ones who did make it to the finalist round are then judged again in our pre-final judging. Over these 3-6 days the teams will present to a panel of 6-8 judges, who are leaders in their fields. We need help proctoring rooms, registering teams and judges, and ensuring that everyone has the best experience possible. This is your chance to get to meet the heads of some of the world’s greatest startup companies!
The annual Awards Ceremony is the culmination of the yearly MassChallenge competition and accelerator. That evening we award the $1 million in cash prizes and also hear from some of the world’s leading entrepreneurs. Volunteers are needed all day to help pull off this 1,000+ person event and after-party!
MassChallenge Ambassadors help spread the word about the yearly competition and accelerator. As an Ambassador you might be running an informational session, accompanying one of our staff to a major speaking event to help them network, or creating special events to help with the marketing of MassChallenge. We are looking for bright, energetic supporters who want to spread their enthusiasm for MassChallenge to the world!
