This program, the first of MassChallenge’s new sector-specific model, represents a major leap in its 2030 vision to deepen impact in industries primed for transformation.

Designed for early-stage founders navigating complex healthcare systems, the program combined practical resources with meaningful community building:
- April Kickoff in Boston: Built on trust, resilience, and vulnerability—a founder-first experience.
- May Roadshow in Dallas: Direct engagement with innovators at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation, McKesson, Axxess, and more.
- June Celebration: Recognizing 12 weeks of bold growth, collaboration, and breakthrough progress.
Mentorship played a central role. Founders accessed 1:1 guidance from health system leaders, venture-backed founders, and domain experts including Josh Boger (Vertex), Tanisha Sullivan (Sanofi), and Anna Marie Wagner (Ginkgo Bioworks). Additionally, MassChallenge’s Healthcare Experts in Residence (EIRs) led targeted, industry-specific sessions and facilitated deep-dive discussions, while also offering 1:1 office hours tailored to each founder’s unique business needs.
