Take us back to MassChallenge Awards… what was going through your mind when you heard your startup name called to the stage?

As a winner, how do you plan to use the cash prize to further accelerate growth?
Thanks to the cash prize, we’re now expanding our quality childcare to serve more Boston neighborhoods. We’re also now able to serve families that need part-time care.

What would you say has been the key driver of your success throughout the program?
The parents that we are serving! They provide amazing feedback to our team, which helps us improve CozyKin for other parents.

What has been the hardest lesson to learn?
Focus on growth. Always be increasing customer value, quality or traction. Everything else is a distraction.

What advice do you have for startups thinking about applying to MC?
Accept all feedback, good and bad. Dig deep into the root causes and tackle them one by one.
