From Pilot to Proof: Validating with the Canadian Armed Forces
TACTIQL is already seeing traction in the field. One major milestone: their software was recently validated by the Canadian military as TRL 9—the highest level of technology readiness, indicating full operational capability.
“This operational validation is going to open up a lot of new opportunities for us,” he shared.
With this stamp of confidence, TACTIQL is now focused on deploying their software across Canadian Army hardware, as well as with the Navy and joint forces. It’s a critical step toward broader defense adoption across NATO countries.

TACTIQL’s momentum has been accelerated by participation in NATO DIANA, the Defense Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic. Through this program, TACTIQL has been able to connect with other innovative companies, decision-makers in defense, and seasoned mentors.
“It gave me the opportunity to be surrounded by people who are thinking along the same lines… to come up with a valid go-to-market strategy.” says Nelson
This collaborative environment has helped TACTIQL not only refine its business strategy, but also position itself for entry into the U.S. and European markets.
What’s Next for TACTIQL?
With validation from the Canadian military and support from NATO DIANA, TACTIQL is preparing for a strategic rollout across allied defense networks. The team is focused on expanding beyond Canada and into U.S. and European defense ecosystems, aiming to become the interoperability backbone for coalition ISR.
As defense technology becomes increasingly complex and coalition-based, TACTIQL’s solution could prove mission-critical—not just for data management, but for international security cooperation itself.
