Director of Community Outreach
The Director of Community Outreach will report to the Managing Director of MassChallenge Boston. You will define and develop the relationships between MassChallenge and six important external constituencies:
1. Mentors
2. Investors
3. Speakers
4. Judges
5. Industry Champions
6. Alumni
Your job is to recruit people in each of these areas and to define programs that result in the constituency, MassChallenge, and our 128 startups all winning.

Global Partnerships Coordinator
As the Global Partnerships Coordinator, you will manage programs and relationships with key MassChallenge International Bridge Program partners. In this role you will be expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to partners, as well as represent their needs and goals within MassChallenge.

Program Operations Manager (Mentorship Manager / IT Systems Administration)
The Program Operations Manager is a new, Boston-based position, combining two critical functions, Mentorship Management and IT Systems Administration. This position reports to the Senior Director of Programs and Operations.
The startups consistently tell us that one of the biggest values provide by MassChallenge is the mentorship program. You will work closely with the Director of Community Outreach to assure MassChallenge maximizes the benefits to both the startups and the mentors. In addition, you will be heavily involved with the logistics of the judging process.

Software Developer
The Software Developr will report to the Director of Software Development and will focus on the MassChallenge Accelerate Platform, a Django based web application that makes the coordination of the thousands of organizations and people associated with MassChallenge possible. We will be expanding the use of this system to our international programs and plan to make it available to a broader community of organizations with similar needs.

UK Managing Director
The UK Managing Director must lead the UK team to deliver all KPIs across income generation, stakeholder development, programme and marketing deliverables. The UK Managing Director must also be the figurehead for MCUK and embed it as the largest, most effective and respected accelerator in the UK and achieve all agreed business and strategic goals to ensure MCUK is a sustainable self-financing, successful entity in the MassChallenge portfolio.

UK Events Manager
The UK Events Manager will successfully plan and deliver the internal and external MassChallenge events programme in the UK, ensure that all MassChallenge events are delivered in an inspiring and engaging way with the utmost professionalism. The UK Events Manager is expected to enhance and develop the brand image and the external presence of MassChallenge in the UK, driving scale, reach and reputation — building a strong supporter community for MassChallenge.

UK Operations Manager
The UK Operations Managerwill ensure all operational aspects of MassChallenge UK are managed and executed to an exceptionally high standard. She/he will be the first point of contact and for MassChallenge UK to all internal and external visitors and enquiries. The UK Operations Manager will also ensure that all aspects of the office function and IT are well managed and the needs of the staff team and start-ups are well served at all times and support all logistical aspects of the MassChallenge events and curriculum activity timetable.
