At MassChallenge, our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (I.D.E.A.) working group consists of team members from all corners of the business and focuses on executing initiatives tied to our three pillars. The I.D.E.A. group also holds MassChallenge accountable and ensures the organization’s actions reflect our values and mission.

There is a spot for every MassChallenge team member in the I.D.E.A. working group. Whether you join the group or not, all MassChallenge employees are expected to continue to grow and learn while on their personal DEI journeys, attend regular trainings, and work and act in a way that supports the mission and goals of our organization.
