MassChallenge, in partnership with Tokyo-based innovation studio Smore Works and supported by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, proudly announces the Top 10 finalists selected for the 2025 Constellation Program — a cross-border initiative designed to accelerate Japan’s most promising early-stage startups in the U.S. market.
The selected companies span cutting-edge sectors including healthcare, cleantech, robotics, and AI, and represent the next wave of innovation emerging from Japan’s deep tech and life sciences ecosystem. These ventures will join a two-week immersive program from August 17–27 at MassChallenge HQ in Boston, designed to fast-track their U.S. market readiness through mentorship, expert-led workshops, targeted networking, and curated introductions to investors, corporates, and potential partners.

The Constellation Program is a collaborative global acceleration effort between MassChallenge and Smore Works, with strategic support from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The program equips Japanese deep tech and healthcare startups with the tools, insights, and networks needed for successful U.S. expansion.
