As an experienced leader of teams ranging from Client Services to Sales to Product Innovation, Lauren has deep experience scaling rapidly growing businesses by developing efficient operational infrastructures and leading the delivery of exceptional customer experience. 

As Chief Operating Officer at MassChallenge, Lauren’s role includes being at the center of strategic planning as the company grows, leading the organization in operational excellence, and managing the operational functions which include finance, legal and compliance, office space, and people strategy.

Prior to joining MassChallenge in May 2019, Lauren held various leadership roles at C Space (formerly Communispace) where she supported significant growth and expansion of the business over her 15-year tenure. She has also worked in marketing, pricing and competitive strategy consulting in B2B markets, was involved with a fitness-related start-up and began her career as a Division 1 collegiate athletics administrator.

Lauren has an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a B.A. from Harvard University.
