With more than 25 years of deep industry experience, Siobhan has a proven track record for developing and growing innovation ecosystems that help entrepreneurs succeed. 

As CEO, Siobhan sets and manages strategy for the largest zero-equity startup accelerator in the world. Launched in Boston, Massachusetts in 2009, MassChallenge’s network has grown to include six early-stage accelerators and two vertical accelerators, it has supported the growth of startup ecosystems across five continents, and it has partnered with hundreds of organizations to grow their innovation agendas.

Siobhan has held C-level positions at leading-edge companies that support growing businesses. Since 2016, Siobhan has led MassChallenge's worldwide operations, overseeing the organization's eight accelerators worldwide, and its financial planning and talent development. Before joining MassChallenge, Siobhan served as Chief Growth Officer for The Grommet, an online marketplace and product discovery platform, where she was responsible for the wholesale business and programs to support entrepreneur growth. She was also a founding team member of C Space (formerly Communispace Corporation) where she grew the company’s workforce to nearly 500 employees and supported significant growth and expansion over her 16-year tenure. As Global Chief Client Officer, Siobhan led the integration across acquired companies in the UK and China.

Siobhan currently sits on the Advisory Board for TeachersConnect (MassChallenge Boston 2015), and volunteers with MIT Venture Mentoring Service.

Siobhan has dual degrees in political science and business from Boston University.
